随着2017年3月正式推出《电影产业促进法》政策出台以及电影票房连年高升（2013年、2014年、2015年、2016年，2017年的票房分别是218亿、296亿、441亿、455亿，559亿）2018年票房突破600亿。源于政策导向和高收益，电影投资已经悄然植入到每一位投资人的决策当中。投资的动力源于收益，电影投资的收益主要来源于电影票房的高低。

那么电影票房是如何分配的呢？

首先，院线总票房需要扣除5%的专项事业发展基金，其次扣除3.3%的税费，这个是国家收取的。

其次，剩下的91.7%中，院线扣除50%—55%，宣发5%—8%，剩下40%左右，往期统计35%左右为片方可分账票房，也就是出品方（投资人）分账票房比例。

个人票房分红=总票房*35%左右*投资比例

最后，电影版权在电视台版权收益，网络版权收益和海外版权收益以及广告收益。

票房分红到账时间：

票房结算时间一般在院线下映后三个月内，由中影集团联合第三方会计事务所进行结算，然后分账到出品方对公账户，再由出品方结算给个人账户。

票房外的版权收益也会有合同内具体列出，结算时间一般是六个月结算一次。
