那麼電影票房是如何分配的呢？

首先，院線總票房需要扣除5%的專項事業發展基金，其次扣除3.3%的稅費，這個是國家收取的。

其次，剩下的91.7%中，院線扣除50%—55%，宣發5%—8%，剩下40%左右，往期統計35%左右為片方可分賬票房，也就是出品方（投資人）分賬票房比例。

個人票房分紅=總票房*35%左右*投資比例

最後，電影版權在電視台版權收益，網路版權收益和海外版權收益以及廣告收益。

票房分紅到賬時間：

票房結算時間一般在院線下映後三個月內，由中影集團聯合第三方會計事務所進行結算，然後分賬到出品方對公賬戶，再由出品方結算給個人賬戶。

票房外的版權收益也會有合同內具體列出，結算時間一般是六個月結算一次。
